COMPLETED PROGRAMS

Here are some of the more than 250 academic research-development-innovation programs that have been finalized by our Institute’s staff so far, along with universities, teachers and specialists from the aplicative fields who have contributed to their realization.

The results obtained within the framework of these programs have been the subject of more than 160 books published by our Institute with the support of the partner Publishing Houses and are disseminated to the society in the form of school courses and manuals, professional guides or utility works, public debate sessions, conferences, workshops, media events as well as through other types of information, training, professional development programs. For your information, we present some of the programs that took place between 2015-2019:

  1. The influence of national culture on business organisations’ commitment to environmental sustainability in European Union –  the program was developed during November-December 2017 at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Machine Building, Department of Industrial Engineerig and Management, in co-ordination with Professor, PhD., Eng. Ec. Laura Bacali – Alexandra Cotae
  2. Stress reduction and anger management in adolescents by mindfulness psychotherapeutic methods – research program by Ms. Petruța Diana Cimpoiaş (artist, scientific researcher, psychologist) under the supervision of the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca , from October 2016 to June 2017, with the support of Professor, PhD Radu Fritea and PhD. Robert Balazsy, respectively.
  3. Analyzes and evaluations on the phenomenon of religiosity in the new Romanian cinematography school – program conducted by Mrs. Georgia Moraru (artist, scientific researcher, media specialist) at the Faculty of Theater and Television, “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, between October 2016 and June 2017, under the coordination of Prof., PhD Doru Pop.
  4. Research on the improvement of the forensic methodology of the murder crime investigation – program developed by Mrs. Roxana Mureşan (scientific researcher, jurist) at the Faculty of Law of “Babeş-Bolyai” University from Cluj-Napoca, October 2016 – June 2017, under the coordination of Associate Prof., PhD Sorin Alămoreanu.
  5. The analysis of the religious tourism in Maramureș with a deepening of the Bârsana Monastery – a research program conducted by Ms. Ioana Sorina Chiorean carried out within the Faculty of Geography of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca between October 2016 and May 2017 under the coordination of Prof., PhD Ştefan Dezsi.
  6. Corruption among magistratesa risk factor for national security – a program by Raluca Bujor (scientific researcher, specialist in social security management) conducted with the support of the Department of Security Studies at “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca in October 2016 – May 2017, under the coordination of Prof. PhD Adrian Liviu Ivan and PhD Augusta Bora.
  7. Identification and combat of the operating modes used in illicit activities of Internet computer pornography – program developed by Ms. Andreea Matei (scientific researcher, jurist) with the support of the Faculty of Law of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca between October 2016 – May 2017, under the coordination of Prof., PhD Ioana Vasiu.
  8. Studies on the role of Confucian values in the development of the civilization of Korean Peninsula- a research program conducted by Mr. Andrei Varga (scientific researcher, historian) at the Faculty of History and Philosophy (History Section) of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca between October 2016 and May 2017 under the supervision of Prof., PhD Sorin Mitu.
  9. Conflicts of temporal laws in the land registrary/book system in Romania – program conducted by Ms. Teodora Diana Cornea (scientific researcher, jurist) from October 2016 to April 2017 under the coordination of Associate Prof., PhD Marius Harosa, under the tutelage of the Faculty of Law of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca.
  10. Multicultural Dimensions of Organizations Operating in the Romanian Business Environment – program of  documentation, preparation, design  of  the winning application of  the Competition at the Doctoral School of the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, conducted by Mrs. Alexandra Cotae (scientific researcher, specialist in international business communication, social entrepreneur) within the Multicultural Business Institute, Cluj-Napoca, under the tutorial of Prof. PhD Ioan Popa, from the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest (April-August 2016).
  11. Research on contemporary European crises, from the perspective of dilution of moral values and relaxation of continental identity-historical ideologies, program developed by Mrs. Ioana Bizău (scientific researcher, specialist in international relations management) with the support of the Faculty of European Studies, “Babeş-Bolyai” University from Cluj-Napoca, from October 2015 to June 2016, under the coordination and mentoring of  Lecturer PhD. Dorin Mircea Dobra.
  12. The principle of opposability in the land registry/book – legal research conducted by Mrs. Teodora Diana Cornea (scientific researcher, jurist) from October 2015 to May 2016 under the coordination of Associate Prof., PhD Marius Harosa, under the tutelage of the Law Faculty of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca.
  13. Legal management of the public property right in the community environment – program developed by Tatiana Larisa Costaş (scientific researcher, jurist, human resources specialist) between October 2015 and May 2016 under the coordination of Associate Prof., PhD Marius Harosa, under the tutelage of the Law Faculty of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca.
  14. Indian business vision: learning from the Indian expertise of corporations, managers and entreprenurs in Romania – scientific and applied research program conducted by Mrs. Alexandra Cotae (scientific researcher, specialist in international business communication, social entrepreneur) between January and June 2015, within the Multicultural Business Institute, Cluj-Napoca, with the support of the Indian investors community in Romania under the tutelage of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Babeş-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca and the supervision of Prof. PhD. Ioan Popa, from the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest.
  15. Smart power and soft power – implications for international security – program by Mrs. Ioana Alexandra Năstăsoiu (scientific researcher, jurist, social security management specialist) with the support of the Faculty of History and Philosophy (Department of Security Studies) of “Babeş-Bolyai” University from Cluj-Napoca between February 2015 and May 2015 under the coordination of Lecturer PhD  Dacian Duna.
  16. Responsibility to ProtectNATO in  International Crisis and Conflicts Management with a Study on the Situation in Libya – program by Mrs. Ioana Alexandra Năstăsoiu  (Scientific Researcher, legal adviser, social security management specialist) with the support of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University, Security Studies Department  from Cluj-Napoca, October 2014 – May 2015, under the coordination of Lecturer PhD  and Brigade General  Ioan Manci.

Insolvency Procedure – comparative analysis Romania-Germany-USA – program developed by Mrs. Ioana Alexandra Năstăsoiu (scientific researcher, jurist, social security management specialist), in partnership with the Faculty of Law of “Babeş-Bolyai” University under the coordination of Prof. PhD Radu Cătană (former vice-rector of the University, Transylvania’s best business law specialist)
  18. The Nuclear Doctrine of the USSR  from the perspective of the international social security management – program developed by Mrs. Ioana Alexandra Năstăsoiu (scientific researcher, jurist, social security management specialist) within the “Security Management in Contemporary Society” platform, under the aegis of “Babeş-Bolyai” University from Cluj-Napoca from March 2014 to June 2014 under the coordination of  Lecturer PhD. and Brigade General  Ioan Manci.
  19. History of Mediaș in the Middle Ages. An evaluation of  historiographical contributions and archival heritage – research carried out by Ms. Estera Ciobanu-Anastasiu (scientific researcher, historian); in the framework of the masters program “Society, Art, Identities in Central Europe”, conducted in the Faculty of History and Philosophy of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca between October 2013 and June 2014 under the supervision of Academician, Prof. PhD Ioan Aurel Pop, Rector of “Babeş-Bolyai” University
  20. Competitive Intelligence versus Industrial Espionage – program developed by Ms. Ioana Alexandra Năstăsoiu (scientific researcher, legal expert, social security management specialist) within the “Security Management in Contemporary Society” platform, at the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca between October 2013 – February 2014 under the coordination of Lecturer PhD. and Brigade  General  Ioan Manci.
  21. The Woman in the Romanian Society in Transylvania: Between Professional Career and Family Life – a program run by Ms. Alexandra Cotae, at the Faculty of History and Philosophy of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca between October 2012 and June 2013 under the coordination of Prof. PhD. Ioan Bolovan (Vice-Rector of the University) and Scientific Researcher grade II PhD Luminiţa Dumănescu.
  22. Study on the North Atlantic Treaty Organization as a practical model of the social security community – a program developed at the Faculty of History and Philosophy (Department of Security Studies) of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca by Ms. Alexandra Ioana Năstăsoiu  from October 2010 to May 2013 under the coordination of Lecturer PhD. Dacian Duna.
  23. Researches on the enzymatic behavior of bananas by non-invasive methods conducted by Mr. Milan Zetocha (diplomat engineer, biochemist, R & D specialist), in partnership with Oradea State University, Faculty of Environmental Science, supervised by Associate Prof., PhD Dan C. Vodnar, Vice-Rector for University Scientific Development, Professor, Faculty of Food Sciences and Technology, Deputy Director of the Department of Food Science, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Cluj-Napoca. The study was completed with an award at the International Student Conference on Nutrition and  Environment, organized by the University of Rzeszow (Poland).
  24. Between integration and division: Islamic fundamentalism in Europe at the beginning of the 21st century – program developed by Mr. Mihai Andrei Mocan (historian-museographer/curator, scientific researcher, social security management specialist), with the support of the Department of Security Studies of “Babeş-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca, from October 2011 to May 2012, under the coordination of Prof. PhD Ioan Marius Bucur.
  25. Study on the remodeling and redevelopment of the Borșa-Maramures balneological-climatic resort – program conducted by Ms. Ancuța Coman, Faculty of Geography, “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca between October 2010 – June 2011, under the coordination of Prof. PhD. Nicolae Ciangă.
  26. Psychoanalytic evaluations of the  imagistic leadership in the clothing fashion of the culture of protest in Western society during the 1970s – a research program conducted by our colleague Ana-Maria Comănici, at the Faculty of Decorative Art and Design (University of Art and Design, Cluj- Napoca) between October 2016 and June 2017 under the coordination of Prof. PhD Elena Basso-Stănescu and Lecturer PhD Lucian Broscăţean, in partnership  with Multicultural Business Institute, Cluj-Napoca.
  27. 1968 and the protest culture. a comparison between the East and the West – a program developed by Sebastian Mariş, within the Faculty of History and Philosophy of “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca between October 2017 and May 2018 under the coordination of Prof. PhD Virgiliu Ţârău.
  28. Resurrection of Nationalism and Populism in Hungary and Poland – a program developed by Sebastian Mariş at the Faculty of History and Philosophy of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, in partnership with  Multicultural Business Institute, in 2017.
  29. From Tradition to War: Lebensraum in the Third Reich International Politics – a program developed by Sebastian Mariş at the Faculty of History and Philosophy of “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, in partnership with  Multicultural Business Institute, in the period of the year 2017.
  30. Study on Marxism as an Intellectual Creation of Modernity – a program developed by Sebastian Mariş at the Faculty of History and Philosophy of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca, in partnership with  Multicultural Business Institute, in 2018.
  31. Study on the importance of good faith in contracting in the field of real rights, a research program conducted by Daniela Tomoiaga, at the Faculty of Law of “Babeş-Bolyai” University of Cluj-Napoca between October 2016 and May 2017 under the coordination of Lecturer PhD Mihai David, in partnership with  Multicultural Business Institute, Cluj-Napoca.
  32.
