Tatiana Costaș

Tatiana Larisa Costas, native of Bihor, graduated from the Faculty of Law of “Babeş-Bolyai” University. What led her to choose these university studies was the desire to live in a better society, in all respects. Her development both as a human being and a professional, has been shaped in recent years by participating in various courses and workshops held in the organizational field.

Mrs. Tatiana Costaş, has joined our institute with the goal of developing her skills and enhance the knowledge gained during university studies. By activating in the human resources department, Tatiana succeeded, in a very short time, as a true ambassador of the Romanian values, to contribute to the loyalty of the good relations between the Institute and the university environment of Cluj, united by the common goal of discovering and promoting creative people.

As a coordinator of personal marketing and value marketing procedures, due to the passion for the human condition and professional development of young people, Tatiana has greatly contributed to the promotion of dozens of fresh graduates of university studies, highlighting both the person and their work.

 As a scientific researcher she has developed interdisciplinary materials at the interface between the public and the private interest, such as the present paper and the article Considerations on the Interest of the Community in the Field of Public Property Rights of the Economics and Business Environment Series of our Institute.

Tatiana aspires to lead the development of the human resources as a professional, where the legal and psychological knowledge can be harmoniously blended and applied directly to the mutual interest of the organizations and their employees. What recommends for this domain are the developed  communication skills, the conscientiousness it demonstrates in the actions taken, the passion for behavioral analysis, and the commitment to the permanent progress of the human being and condition.

Both colleague and friend Tatiana Costaş honors our entire team, both through her work and personality, as well as through the aspirations to manifest herself as an ever-proactive member of the human community. It honors us through the constant presence and dedication of becoming one of the cornerstones of the construction of the future of the new generations, a leader in their approach to the taller heights of progress and development.
